These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and VLbook ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of vlbook.it.com and the VLbook app. By creating a VLbook ID or using the platform, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use VLbook.
• You must be legally permitted to take part in online betting and gaming in your location. It is your responsibility to check your local laws.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

Each player may hold only one VLbook ID. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact support immediately. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are created with false information, or show signs of fraud or abuse.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name.
• Withdrawals are paid back to a verified method belonging to you.
• We may carry out verification checks before processing a withdrawal to protect against fraud and money laundering.
• Minimum and maximum limits may apply and can vary by method.

4. Bets and settlement

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In the case of an obvious pricing error, void event, or technical fault, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Our records are the final authority in the event of a dispute.

5. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, including any welcome match, are offered at our discretion and come with their own terms, such as wagering requirements and time limits. You must read and meet those terms to withdraw bonus-related winnings. We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and we may cancel bonuses obtained through abuse, multiple accounts or other unfair means.

6. Fair play

You agree to use VLbook honestly and not to:

• Use bots, automated systems or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players or manipulate markets.
• Open multiple accounts or abuse promotions.
• Attempt to access, disrupt or damage the platform.

7. Availability of the service

We work hard to keep VLbook running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. We may suspend, restrict or update parts of the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VLbook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, from events being postponed or cancelled, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You take part in betting and gaming at your own risk.

9. Responsible gaming

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version always applies and is published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use VLbook after changes means you accept the revised terms.
